Synergy was founded 23 years ago in Botswana, and more recently has expanded into Southern Africa …


As an Engineering and Contracting company established in 1994 in Gaborone, the experience and the expertise within Synergy make it uniquely qualified and positioned in the fields of construction management, property development and solar energy, with over 50man-years of experience in the company.


Our company is registered in Botswana with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board for Mechanical Services under category “E” and Solar Hot Water Systems under category “E”. In Zambia, we are registered with the National Council for Construction in "General Building and Housing", and "General Roads and Earthworks". Additionally, Synergy Zambia is a licensed by the Energy Regulation Board (ERB) as a "Solar Provider".


Synergy’s vision is to be one of the leading providers of appropriate Engineering Solutions by combining experience, expertise and knowledge of the operating environment to deliver systems required to meet the wide ranging needs of our customers.
